Pricing

Prices are quoted for each article. All quoted prices are Ex-Works (Incoterms 2010), excluding VAT, duty or other taxes

Shipping is invoiced in addition, according to the actual transportation cost for the shipment at the at the time of delivery

Abilia reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice. Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing, technical information, promotion and availability.

Payment terms

Sales in the Abilia Partner Webshop will only be made to registered customers subject to approved credit review.

Payment is due 30 days from the invoice date. In the case of unapproved credit review, advance payment is required.

Delivery and Ownership

Delivery is normally made from the Abilia central warehouse in Solna, Sweden. Upon delivery of the product(s), the customer bears all risk and responsibility.

All products remain the property of Abilia until the amount due for payment is fully paid, including any interest and collection costs.

ABILIA reserves the right to delay and cancel shipment until overdue payments are received.

Delay Interest and Reminder Fee

ABILIA reserves the right to charge late payment interest and reminder fees in accordance with Swedish interest law.

Late payment interest is charged at the Reference rate of the Swedish Riksbank + 8%. (https://www.riksbank.se/en-gb/statistics/search-interest--exchange-rates/reference-rate/)

Reminder fee is charged with EUR 10.

Product Specifications

Product specifications, weight, dimensions and features are provided for reference and should not be considered binding. Product Specifications may change without prior notice. 

Returns and Warranty

All goods should be inspected on arrival to assure that delivery has been received in full and no transport damages has been found. Any claims versus a delivery should be done within 10 working days. Otherwise, the delivery shall be considered accepted.

Abilia will warranty the product for 12 months (some products or parts may differ). We refer to the “Terms and Conditions for Abilia limited Warranty” document for details regarding the Abilia Limited Warranty and “Abilia Service and Support SLA” for detailed claims procedures.

A product claim needs to be sent to Abilia with a description of the problem. The email needs to contain the type of product and purchase date. Please include in email title: ”Warranty Claim”, name of product and serial number. E.g.:

”Warranty Claim SL50 Serial Number 123456”.

When sending an email to Abilia you will receive a unique request number (RMA). This number needs to be part of the shipment details when sending the device to Abilia.

Force Majeure

ABILIA shall not be liable for failure to perform or for delay in performance due to fire, flood, strike or other labour difficulty, act of God, act of any governmental authority, riot, embargo, delay in transportation, inability to obtain necessary labour, materials, or due to any cause beyond ABILIA reasonable control. In the event of a delay in performance due to any such cause, the date of delivery and/or time for completion will be extended by a period of time reasonably necessary to overcome the effect of such delay.
